Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected and eligible for a full refund during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a pickup with one of our specialized furniture freight carriers.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
